The host stayed in contact with us and replied back fast if i had a question. We loved that it was right across the street from a huge mall/food court. Right around or through the mall (10-15 min walk) is the train station where the next stop is Disneyland Paris!

In addition to visiting Disneyland and Paris we had time to visit local restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Nonna et Nonno in the beautiful plaza just outside the shopping centre because the grandchildren could have pasta and pizza which they never seem to get tired of. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their food and drinks. We spent a morning at Val d'Europe - great if you're a shopaholic which I am not so when the sun came out we knew we had to sample some delicious flavoured ice creams which pleased the grandchildren and us grandparents. The younger members of the family. having their own fitness regimes, were delighted to find a gym just four minutes away where they experienced friendly people and great facilities. It was reasonably priced too.Wright - 10Scored 10

Location to Disney is the big sell here. Close enough to the action, able to stay right to the end knowing there is shuttle bus that will take you right back! Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris...
Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)

Great instructions in file in apartment on how to access bus, taxi, shopping centre etc. Our trip was to visit Disneyland Paris, after staying here just outside would never book to stay at the Disney hotels. Serris is a wonderful clean and safe little village. We stayed 6 nights and would return for sure. Pull out bed / Sofa in living room is very comfortable for adults to sleep on, don’t worry. Total number of beds in kids room (frozen theme) is 3.

We were 5 mins from a huge mall that had many sit-down restaurants and quick service restaurants. We were also in walking distance to the designer outlet mall. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel it's self does need some renovations/updates, but nothing that was major.

Just ten mins on the bus to Val d,Europe (for the RER to Paris) and 15 mins to Disneyland. Busses run till late so you can stay and watch fireworks and still get back.
